The texture and flavor of this cake is amazing. You don't need frosting. Even the kids will love this!
At only 218 calories per serving, you just can't beat this stir-fry. When you serve it on a bed of rice, don't forget to add the nutrition value for the rice. One hot cooked cup of brown rice is about 216 calories. I usually serve mine on 1/2 cup of brown rice (approximately 108 calories). Filling!
