from martha stewart's new classics - adapted for premade tomato sauce
This is a modified version of a quinoa recipe I found online at 101cookbooks. I changed it to oats because the calorie count w/ quinoa was way high. This is about half of that.
Tastes just like pumpkin pie with banana in it - delicious and filling breakfast!
These are more of a dessert muffin than for breakfast... really a treat though!
kind of cakelike as cookies go
