Great Substitute for Milk Shake.
Place Almonds in blender with Water, Blend until there are not peices left.(Almond Milk)
Place Banana,nutmeg,and Maple Syrup(optional) in blender.
Blend well. Enjoy
NOTE: If you are using whole almond instead of slices or slivered, you need to blanch to get skins off.
