i plan to experiment with sweetened FF cream cheese as a filling, too. The fruit dip was what i had on hand. Top these to your liking. i love blueberries, bananas, and almonds on top!

This makes a big serving. The Fat looks high, but the majority of that is heart-healthy monounsaturated fats!
A healthy weekend breakfast treat! The ricotta can be replaced with 2 Tbsp. fat-free cream cheese. Splenda can be omitted if you prefer a not-so-sweet spread.
