A old weight watchers recipe, a family favorite, naturally low in fat and calories. You can make your own buttermilk by using a large measuring cup: add 1/4 to 1/3 cup vinegar then fill milk to the 1 1/2 cup line.
This is my MIL's recipe and a favorite birthday cake for my family. You can use a baked angel food cake from a bakery (Walmart has a sugar free one) and no sugar added strawberries, just adjust the calories.
Also if you like add your favorite whipped cream to the top(not figured into the calories).
I have a large dark burnt orange Tupperware that I use to make this cake.
