A decadent recipe for weeknights or weekends, this meal is great as comfort food on those cool nights when you want something tasty and healthy! (Also makes great leftovers.)
A whole wheat pasta dish green with spinach and peas, aromatic with fresh minced garlic and silky with a touch of cream!
A spicy off the wall 'salad' with a Middle Eastern feel, this dish will wake up your tastebuds and quiet your stomach!
* If you don't have curry seasoning, make your own! Combine 1 tsp curry powder, 1/8 tsp ground ginger and 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon.
A classic pasta favorite, with a little extra!
***I used peas, here, because I really like peas in pasta with cream sauces, but you could use corn (always good with bacon), roasted or grilled asparagus, broccoli, roasted or boiled cauliflower... the possibilities are endless!
Nix the mayo - try creme fraiche in your potato salad for a lighter, tangier twist for summertime!
This strawberry fro-yo will cool you down without weighing you down!
NOTE: If you prefer to substitute honey for sugar, you can - 3/4 cups honey = 1 cup sugar, but the flavor will probably not be the same.
