I have made these as either big scones (8 servings) or smaller ones (16 servings) The smaller are just as tasty and since they are a little high on calorie fat count that is how I broke down their nutritional information!! This is my variation of a great weight watchers recipe I came across years ago. They used corn tortillas and added a can of green chilies. Really quick and you can freeze minus the cheese for a great quick dinner!! These are very filling!!!
