My version of hummus which includes reduced fat feta cheese and about a teaspoon of dill weed. Has a very good flavor. Be very careful if you add salt as the tahini makes it quite salty already.
Very easy to make once you have the ingredients and you can vary the flavor by adding different things. i.e. If you don't like feta cheese then substitute something you do like, possiblyroasted red peppers, etc.
Simple recipe for a healthy, low-fat roasted red pepper hummus. Try this before purchasing hummus from the store and you'll save yourself quite a few calories!
