The sweetness of the roasted vegetables and tangy contrast of the balsamic vinegar makes this a treat for the taste buds.
I decided to make the recipe without the bread so I can be accurate with my nutrition totals. As I don't always use the same bread every time.
I created this recipe as an alternative to traditional Italian style pasta sauce.
