This is a great smoothie that isn't too sweet. The Crystal Light gives it just the right amount of sharpness. The cottage cheese makes this smoothie more filling and higher in protein. You can choose whatever fruit and flavor of Crystal Light your taste buds prefer or even add half a banana for an extra fruit serving.
