Clean Eating Recipe
Substituted Kale in place of collards.
I took a Kraft Rice and Asparagus recipe and converted it into something that fit my own personal tastes. Substituting the rice, type of dressing, leaving off an ingredient and then adding some fresh mushrooms.
I found a recipe that used oatmeal in smoothies but they used sugar, maple and juice. So I decided to modify it for my needs.
