Philly cheesesteak stuffed peppers
This is a super easy, versitile chia seed recipe that you can eat cold or warm, breakfast or dessert, and top with just about anything you like. I like to top my chia seed pudding with nuts and fresh berries for a gluten-free low glycemic breakfast.
This is a "throw together" soup with a cabbage base. I like to use carrots and zucchini for color and texture but you can use any favorite vegetable that can accompany cabbage and beef. I have also diced a red potato for a more "comfort food" feel. The broth ratio can be increased or decreased depending on how "soupy" you like your soup.
