Cheesey goodness, high in protein, great flavor!
You could use any of your favorite fruits to add to this delicious and healthy smoothie. Great for breakfast, or a snack. My daughter even loves it! I like my fruit frozen to make it extra thick (Great tip is to put almost 'too ripe' bananas to be peeled and put into the freezer til you want to make this!)
Chicken Veggie Stew perfect for any time of the year. I used Low sodium Chicken broth and Organic Tomato Paste for dietary reasons but feel free to use regular if you choose. In a rush? Add a bag of frozen mixed veggies in instead fresh.
Trying to keep the ingredients in line to keep calorie information stored, this is the Weight Watcher Core recipe (except I used regular pasta shells instead of whole wheat. Not a big difference in cal information but cheaper!)
