Wonderful dip for homemade pita chips or sweet potato chips and cut up veggies. I like bell peppers, carrots, cucumbers and celery. Very easy and healthy. Could spoon this on top of baked potatoes or sweet potatoes for a vegetarian lunch.

These are a fantastic treat for a weekend breakfast or after school snack. I actually make these ahead of time and reheat for a quick delicious breakfast. Serve with organic honey butter or pure maple syrup

This is wonderful during the fall and winter when cabbage and apples are usually pretty cheap. Great with pork chops and mashed potatoes!
