I know there are a lot of hummus recipes on Spark, but this is the way we like it, so I thought I would share.
This is a recipe from Everyday Food, which I modified a bit for what I had on hand. (original recipe called for anchovy paste). To serve - put rice noodles on a plate and top with grilled chicken and veggies (e.g., cucumbers, red peppers, carrots, bean sprouts), then ladle the dressing on top. (calorie count is for dressing only)
