This is great with burritos, chips, refried beans, just about anything Mexican or Tex-Mex! A serving size is about 5 Tbls.
This is a great low-fat option for a cheesy burrito fix. I like to serve it with my Mexican Gravy (posted separately).
This is great to use with baked Tostito scoops! I like to serve with my Tex-Mex Lasagna.
This is great for a crowd - all of the flavors and they don't miss the masses of cheese usually used in the traditional dish! The carbs LOOK high but the fiber is really what makes up the bulk of that number.
Very good! Makes a huge serving for one.

Use healthier brown rice - ready made!
