Strawberries with pineapple, a little orange, and a mango. 1 ounce of Grand Marnier and a little vinaigrette.
Tastes good, but lots of sodium! We got the tofu and hoisin from our local Asian market.
This is NOT a 'healthy' recipe. This is the way my mother, a real Greek, makes it... although the bouillon is a recent addition. Restaurants often just use the egg whites; my mother uses whole eggs.
Good for breakfast, as part of brunch, or dessert. Also tasty made with other types of fruit - apples, blackberries, blueberries, etc. Basically, you need a cup of fruit. Really good with vanilla ice cream, if you can afford the calories.
If you're a vegan, use a teaspoon of canola oil instead of the butter. It works.
