Savory and sweet, twice baked sweet potatoes!
Adapted from Taste of Home to be a little lower in calories. You could make it even lower in calories by using reduced fat cream cheese.
This makes a very substantial serving - you got probably get 5 servings out of this.
From WW Cookbook (they list as 333 calories per serving, cooking the meat in olive oil, which I have removed from the recipe)
From a Better Homes and Gardens Low Cal Cookbook (I added more meat to satisfy DH)
From Weight Watchers' Complete Cookbook
**Cookbook says 368 calories**
Taken from Better Homes and Gardens Low Calorie Cookbook **Their recipe reports 333 calories per serving, 50 calories less than I calculated when entering the recipe in SparkPeople**
Taken from a Cooking Light cookbook. They estimate 193 calories per serving.
This recipe was taken from Cooking Light's "15 minutes and 5 ingredients" cookbook. They recommend serving it with couscous and roasted asparagus.
This is delicious!!! It is not the lightest meal ever, but have a small portion and a nice big salad - this is a very satisfying meal.
Warning: This is spicy. Spice can be controlled by cutting back on some of the ingredients.
A delicious white lasagne, adapted from a vegetarian website to be lower in calories. (Calorie count assumes a homemade bechamel sauce, using alfredo will raise calories considerably).
This is adapted from a regular recipe, using no sugar added relish and fat free mayo
