I put this cake together when I wanted something extra special for our wedding anniversary. My husband loved it and so did I ... I didn't feel guilty about eating this yummy treat.

This is very filling and makes a lot of soup. It fills my 5 quart slow cooker.

My husband likes this better than traditional pizza. I make 2 pizzas at once and freeze one for later. The crust can also be used for garlic fingers. Just brush or spray crust with olive oil cooking spray and throw on some minced garlic cloves and mozzarella before baking. Yum!
