This egg salad uses more mustard than mayo. With the Dijon and some pepper, this egg salad has a bit of a bite
A twist on a regular tuna melt! This recipe uses chipotle mayo (I have a recipe posted for that as well) and extra chipotle peppers. The peppers can be found in the mexican food aisle at your grocery store and you can add as many or as few as you want to control the heat.
Some extra ingredients make this vichyssoise a little heartier and a meal on its own.
This makes a quick and tasty pizza that is filling enough to eat on its own for a light lunch or dinner.
This ice cream is made from a mix I picked up at the store and some half and half.
This sandwich was inspired by a similar dish I have enjoyed at D'Amico & Sons restaurant in Minnesota. Fresh basil leaves give this sandwich a different, but very good, taste.
