Kid friendly favorite reduced in fat, raised in fiber
Great for a Taco Pizza, Yummy tacos or burritos, or as filling for stuffed bel peppers...
Protein, Fiber, Vitamins- tasty too
Start the day off with several servings of fruit, protein and fiber to keep you going. Mix up the fruit juice and frozen fruit to customize.
This can be made with any frozen fruit (strawberries, unsweetened was used in the calculations) and nonfat yogurt flavor. It can be done in a blender or smoothie machine, but I find my stick blender works best : )
This is a wonderful breakfast or evening treat. Using frozen berries turns the yogurt more like ice cream. yum.
