i adapted this recipe for organic cooking.
we eat with 1/2 to 3/4 cup hot cooked organic sushi rice
You can serve this over hot rice or noodles. I like to use the leftover in a pita or on my salad.
i know this recipe has a lot of sodium. you can reduce the amount of sauce you cook it in, or not use any of the extra sauce left in the crock pot when it is done cooking.
A great sandwich alternative for less calories than 2 slices of bread
