d=1134076, this meatloaf has offered a good solution to the dilemma in our household: my husband LOVES meatloaf, and I've always hated it. This slightly smoky/spicy moist meatloaf still has texture, which was always my meatloaf complaint, and GREAT flavor! He even said it was "outstanding with a little zip" in sandwich form.
We love the sweet flavors of ginger and coconut in this healthy carrot cake oatmeal.

From SkinnyTaste, adjusted with personal ingredient choices such as FF sour cream (versus reduced fat), Hellman's Light (formerly sold as Just 2 Good - 15 calories/Tablespoon), and grated parmesan (in place of Parmigiano Reggiano). Also added water chestnuts.

Originally from Martha Stewart, I found this recipe on yum. (http://sherrilynnlee.blogspot.com/2008/10
After using my food processor to "grind" some chicken breasts I got on sale, I was very excited to be able to try my hand at some chicken meatballs! My husband said at first glance these appear dry, but definitely do NOT taste dry!
I suppose you could use frozen spinach in this recipe, but we didn't have any on hand, so I just used some fresh spinach finely chopped.

I adjusted this eMealz recipe just a bit. (Note: nutritional information is based on using Weight Watchers Wheat bread, Better N Eggs egg substitute, & Parkay spray butter, without any toppings.)
