My mother is from Austria, this dish was one of hers. At neighborhood BBQ and Potluck suppers, they always requested she bring this dish. It is different. Oh and it really gets those daily vegatables in!
Fancy, easy and low cal!!! Serve with a salad or fruit.
Great, easy, fresh meal for one or more just double recepie. Any fish can be subsituted, as well as chicken. The flavor is outstanding.
A tasty low cal, sweet and salty greek salad.
Balsamic vinegar add's sweet and sour, olives and feta add salty flavor.
A little different than the soup from the "cabbage soup diet". I tend to like this one much better! Fills you up with virtually no calories (you expend them cutting the cabbage!)
