Spicy Crab Cakes
I got this recipe from www.sundaynitedinner.com. They're spicy and yummy! I used red onion instead of green onions and they worked great. You can also reduce the chili garlic sauce (or sriracha) -- it's very hot. I made these into mini crab cakes. If you make regular-sized cakes you'll get 6 servings of 1 cake.
The original recipe says to flour them and fry them. I sprayed the pan with olive oil cooking spray and baked them.
I also stuffed this into baby portobello mushrooms and they were terrific! Bake at 400 for 10 minutes.

I got this recipe off www.stillwatersgroup.com. My husband and I loved it! I altered it a little to reduce calories and it turned out great.
Roasted Garlic Jalapeno Hummus
Spicy and flavorful dip! Serve with toasted pitas and veggies. Delicious also for lunch on a whole-wheat pita with spinach and tomatoes.
Peter Reinhart's Pizza
I've found this recipe to make the most flavorful homemade pizza dough. I've modified the recipe a little, but it's essentially Reinhart's. Recipe includes calories for dough w/ sauce and cheese. Makes 3 12" pizzas.
