So easy when you want something that tastes like it took lots of effort, and it can also be made on the stove top after work for a warm, filling meal. You can use fresh ingredients, but this is something I threw together on a whim. Adjust to your liking, and may I suggest a side salad :)

My husband loves to create different dishes, combining several ideas he has seen, and this is something he came up with. I found it very delicious, so I decided to share it with everyone. Since he just threw all of this stuff together, I have been getting different nutrition info on it, so this info is the average of what I have been getting. Feel free to correct my nutritional values. Of course, the Olive Oil and yogurt sauce are optional. This recipe is not meant to be followed exactly. Alter to your own taste!
