Another popular recipe "revised" in the spirit of Metabolic Effect eating
This is an OLD standby to have in the fridge when you're too busy to cook or think about choices. Even the kids love it with a few tortilla chips on top.
The absolute BEST way to eat broccoli!
1. Place 4 small chicken breasts in a ziplock with italian dressing to marinate for 30 minutes. Then, grill until they are about 1/2 done.
2. Place in baking dish side by side, and stop with tomato/basil mixture. Then sprinkle cheese evenly over 4 breasts.
3. Bake at 300 for 15-20 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
