Lower calorie Choc Gravy
Refreshing, low-fat smoothie--very simple and delicious on a hot day
This goes with the stuffing--by the same name. Total Calories would depend upon how large and what kind of squash to use and how many tbls of topping and stuffing used for each.
It's like spinach lasagna w/o the pasta. This is just the filling per tablespoon. The amount you use depends upon what kind and how big the squash is.
