Delicious--for fun, serve over 2 Cups greens with 3/4 cups of berries (Compliments of Woman's World, June 2010)
This recipe came out a one day challenge to swap recipes. Couldn't find it and made a minor change so am entering here.
Recipe adapted from a "Cooking Pleasures" magazine. Substitutes golden raisins for currants, feta cheese for blue cheese and added walnuts
The ingredients for this salad can be easily kept and/or carried to work for a nutritious lunch
