this is great when your tired of sandwiches. You can make this ahead of time and unlike bread. it wont get soggy. You can add cheese if you wish or instead of ceasar dressing you can add avocado or hummus. Either or are great variations.
The versatility of this salsa is limitless! Put it on grilled chicken or steak, add it to eggs, or serve with tortilla chips.
