Basic Ingredients, add whatever spices and herbs you like to this and make it your own.
As with most of my recipes adjust seasonings to your taste. I am a little on the bland side so you may like more then I have listed. And it is also a one-potter and very easy!
Another one pot wonder! Great for lunch or dinner. Adjust the seasongs to your liking Add a little low fat sourcream or shredded cheese on top!

This is a low fat version of everyone's favorite comfort food! Do NOT overcook it or it will be dry!
This is a slow cooker recipe. I usually cook it for about 4-5 hours on high if I need it for that night or all day on low if it is for another day...makes great premade lunches!
I used Rachel Ray's Stock because it had the lowest fat and sodium content.
