this is a simple bread that tastes great.
My kids love it, my 4 year old who is extremely piky about bread said I could make it everyday.
We always had some variation of Mexican cakes (or Russian tea cakes or Snowballs) at Christmas so these little cookies have a tendency to brighten moods in my family and friends no matter when they are made. This variation has no nuts and has a orange flavour.
This bread has a spiced citrus flavour that works well with the loads of zucchini and helps even people that aren't big zucchini fans to enjoy it,
The time says 20 minutes but it really depends on your juicing speed. My kids drink this better than the concentrates, mixes, or store bought stuff and it is healthier and less calories
