Got the basis of this recipe from the "Best Church Dinners" recipe book.
This recipe is good for any healthy eating plan - low fat, low sodium, low carb!!!
**Note: The sodium count is a much higher than what's actually consumed because a lot of the teriyaki sauce remains in the pan after chicken is removed.
This is a great, easy chili recipe that is very low in calories and fat! I use deer meat in this recipe, rather than beef, to lower the fat grams. Could also use ground chicken or turkey .
Very quick and very good. The kids will love it! Tastes like a personal thin crust pizza.
