This is a delicious and filling soup that you can have alone or pair with a salad or half a sandwich. I just absolutely loved the way it turned out!!
it's delicious and fresh! If you dont like nopales (although I dont know how anyone cant like them) you can leave them out.
An easy chicken salad I like to make, usually for lunch. It's a great alternative to making chicken salad sandwiches or having crackers... you're reducing the carb intake.
