This is a great basic intro to green smoothies. They are great for energy, hair & nail strength, clear skin and, depending on what you put in one, they can have up to 3 fruit & veggie servings!
This is a great way to get in a veggie at the start of the day. It turns everyday rib-sticking oatmeal into a scrumptious craving-busting meal! And an added bonus is that it is vegan if you are careful about the cracker you use :)
