Delicious 90 calorie side dish. I use the magnolia brand sweet potato that you just throw in the microwave after you remove the label. Very convenient and simple.
Sooo Good! I paired it with maple-soy roasted salmon (another of my recipes) & toasted whole wheat sandwich thins (spread with 2 teaspoons smart balance light with flax). It was less than 500 for a complete nutritious meal.
