Great for Vegetariann, extremely tasty. You can put this sauteed zuchinni in sandwiches, can be served as a side dish hot, or cold in sandwiches. This is full of flavor!
This is a very tasty chicken. Its a little on the spicy side, but it tastes great on a salad with low fat ranch dressing. I used 3 chicken breast, that were about 6 oz each, I cut them in 1/2 so they would cook faster.
This is a low calorie, delicious treat for anyone in the family. Weight Watchers Friendly Recipe = 1 point per mound
Tilapia fillets are baked with lemon, butter, parsley, chopped green onions, and seasonings.
Preheat oven at 400. Place egg whites in a bowl. Place the Panko bread crumbs in another bowl. Make sure chicken is patted dry, dip in whites, then in bread crumbs. Put on cookie tray, sprayed with Pam, or something light. The recipe calls for 12 tenderlions, but its very six servings (@ 2 each).
I use a roasting chicken, I take out the insides, and leave the bone - too much of a hassle to take the bone out. You can leave the skin, but that will add more fat and calories. Also, I use cumin powder, not seed. This is a regular dish in our house. Its very tasty; i usually sprinkle the seasoning in the beer before placing the chicken in the beer. Then I season once more after the third beer is poured.
Cook the pasta, I prefer ziti. Set aside. Thaw meatballs. Combine the sauce and ricotta cheese and mix well. Pour some sauce into a 9 X 13 pan, and place the pasta on top. Cut meatballs into small pieces, and mix in with pasta. Pour the rest of the sauce on top and mix well. Sprinkle the mozzerella cheese on top of pasta mixture. Cook at 350 for about 45 minutes.
Place the following ingredients in a crock pot and cook on low for 6 hours. Two cans of soup, water, soup mix, carrots, and pork shoulder. When you have an hour and half left, add the cut pototoes.
