This meal is great. Family LOVES it. The calories calculated much higher than LYNDSAY81283's version.
This is adapted from a Weight Watchers crock pot thread. I DID NOT INCLUDE THE PORK IN THE CALORIE CALCULATION. I FOUND IT TOO HARD TO ACCURATELY ESTIMATE THE CALORIES. THIS CALORIE COUNT IS FOR 8 SERVINGS OF POTATOES/SAUCE. WEIGH YOUR PORK CHOP AND ENTER IT SEPERATELY.
This is from a crock pot thread at Weight Watchers. Haven't tried it yet, but sounds great! There is a similar recipe on here, but I added corn to it, and also doubled the recipe to feed 12. That's the difference.
Fairly high in calories, but excellent!
This is super easy and one of my favorite meals.
Way too many calories. Don't serve this as a one cup serving...do 1/2 cup instead.
OMG! Good! Excellent source of protein and very filling.
I always take the easy way out. I bought a package of frozen fruit (generic) and used that as the base of this super-easy smoothie. Even my kids loved it!
