Bright and beautiful this is a delightful side to serve anytime for any occasion!

When my kids were young, I'd give them this quick lunch and they loved it.
I like to add a handful of wheat bran to my white flour so it isn't completely devoid of nutrients.
I used the flour and water and sugar after it had become sourdough.
I also used 1 cup of leftover rolled oats which would be 1/2 cup of plain old fashioned rolled oats.
This is more than just a waffle, its the whole breakfast with 10 grams of protein and 3.6 grams of fiber.
Taste just like the expensive restaurant soup!
The absolute best way to serve brown rice to those who don't ordinarily appreciate it.
No need to babysit this soup...it's oven bound! Put it all together and pop into the oven and forget about it for an hour and a half! This is a filling high protein soup for lunch or dinner!
