This is my favorite salad dressing, good with lettuce, baby greens, or any combination of cooled steamed vegetables and beans. If you've wanted to incorporate flaxseed in your diet, this is an easy and tasty way! Naturally contains omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin B-12, C, and riboflavin. Makes 1 cup. (8 Servings of 2 Tbs each)
These are soooooo good by themselves or in sauce with pasta.
Borrowed most of this recipe, just changed 8 oz of beef into 16 oz chicken
