These pancakes lend themselves to lots of variety. Sprinkle each pancake with 1 tsp chocolate chips, then cook and then add and additional 1 tsp choc chip, 1 banana, and 2 T. fat free cool whip. OR add 1 tsp cinnamon and top with 1 c blueberries and 4 T.fat free cool whip. You get the picture. use your imagination.
This recipe was altered from another higher calorie, higher fat recipe. It is still moist and delicious!
This recipe is a treat. I have made it healthier with less fat and calories, but it is still just a treat. It is really delicious and less calories and fat without the chocolate chips, but that is how my family likes it!
This is so delicious, you don't even know that you are eating healthy food. All of my picky children liked it and went back for more!
