Use any veggies you wish. Potatoes are pretty much a mainstay. I use leftovers from a previous meal.
I made these in large muffin cups, but if you use regular size, you'll need more wonton wrappers and the calories should be less per cup.
This is an occasional treat, since it takes so long to bake (40 min. total.) Serve with honey butter
