I crave this occasionally, but since I can't have dairy anymore and coconut seems to upset me too, I had to figure out a way to make it. It is very simple and worth it. Breakfast, dessert, snack, anytime! It is sweet enough for me as is, but feel free to add a little sugar or a bit more vanilla at the end.
Overall flavor is subtle but you get the date coming through.
An energy ball right after a work out, so good!
Always looking for something nummy to keep my kids and myself away from the allergy filled foods we can't have. These are great and you can improvise.
Nice chewy cookie; gluten, dairy free
I combined 3 recipes to make up this nummy filling soup. Enjoy!
gluten, dairy, egg free
These are one of my favorite Christmas cookies.
I took a recipe that I found, made a couple adjustments to make it healthier and gluten and egg free. Still needs tweaking as this cookie becomes crunchy and I like mine soft.
My family loves chili and were happy to see after changing a few ingredients that we are able to still enjoy it while eating gluten free.
I have been very particular about my taco seasoning. So going gluten free really threw me for a loop as my favorite seasoning used flour. I was so wonderfully surprised and pleased when I first tried this seasoning mixture. It is awesome. I like mine a bit spicy, so lower the chili powder and crushed red peppers by about 1/2-1 tsp each to make it more family/guest friendly.
A friend made this for us when we came to visit for lunch. I was touched that they remembered and so excited to find something my whole family loved. They found it on GlutenFreely.com.
Remaking a favorite of my husband's to suit our new dietary needs while making it a little healthier.
Homemade soup, gluten free style. Need I say more?
This soup is worth the time. You get so much flavor and tons of vegetables. It is a wonderful soup to warm you up in the colder months.
You can either use this to throw into a pie crust or by itself and pour over biscuits, crescents or puff pastry dough.
Over the years I have made this dish and every time I make it is different. It is not the prettiest dish, but it is an all in one type dish and has great flavor. The ingredient list has the basics, but you can add all kinds of things.
A classic tater tot hot dish like my mom used to make.

I am determined that being gluten free doesn't mean I am doomed to eat tasteless, gross or highly preserved bread that is mealy and unappetizing. I am going to collect and create as many recipes as I can to keep myself and my family of four satisfied and healthy.
