I saw this recipe on the Food Network prepared by Giada De Laurentiis. My neighbor had just brought me some fresh basil from her garden. I couldn't resist trying this. I especially like them with a tossed green salad. It really dresses it up and is a real plus when company comes calling.

Chicken Salsa

This is one easy recipe! Just put it on and go about your business. Great to serve in a variety of ways. I like to shred and cool slightly, then use it in a salad. You could also add corn and black beans and serve as a complete meal.

Breakfast Pizza

This is one of those recipes that just gives you the basic idea. You can use any meat, cheese and veggie combination you like. Any leftovers reheat beautifully in the micro-wave.

This is a recipe I re-vamped using I Can't Believe It's Not Butter in place of butter, Asiago cheese spread in place of Asiago cheese and eliminated an avacado all together. It is still rich and delicious and saves a ton on calories and fat!

This is a great "make ahead" breakfast that I can grab on the go on a work day.

This can be prepared ahead, placed in micro-wave containers and re-heated in the morning for a quick, breakfast.
