For breakfast this morning I had rice to use up so sauteed it with veggies and egg. It was an experiment.
After eating Apple Crisp at a restaurant, I got a craving, and threw this together at home. I actually like it better than the restaurant version. Fast, simple. Nutritional info is probably off due to selection limitations. I use whatever apples are on hand, home-made no sugar added apple butter, and whatever cheap granola I have on hand.
Adapted from an Indian version of Coleslaw.
I'm totally in love with this recipe. Use fat-free mayo, unsweetened coconut and (American) neufchatel cheese to cut the calories. I think it's technically a salad, but it tastes like dessert. Time to make is over-estimated.
