This is a quick and easy way to make applesauce. You can serve it warm or let it chill in the fridge. I like my applesauce a little on the chunky side it you perfer a smoother applesauce feel free to place in the blender.
I did not have enough white flour to make sugar cookies so I replaced half of it with some wheat flour I had and it turned out pretty good!
This recipe is very easy to make and is much cheaper and less callories than going out for coffee. We have larger coffee cups so usually only get about 6 servings from one batch. If you don't want to make such a large batch it is easy to half.
Cranberry, sunflower seed, almond and chocolate chip trail mix
Easy to make and my 2 year old loved them. I only put half of the margarine in the nutritional info because that is all that you end up using.

I got this from Parents Magazine March 2009. They called for peas but I substituted them with asparagus.

Nothing better than homemade chicken noodle soup. Feel free to make a smaller batch by either using a smaller chicken or only using half the meat and then half the rest of the recipe.
You can half this recipie by making all of the dough, divide it in half, and freeze half of it for up to 3 months. Then just half the filling and the glaze.
This is my Mom's version of the Egg McMuffin. She would make extras and individually wrap each sandwich in plastic wrap and place them in the fridge. This made them very convenient to warm up in the morning when you are running short on time. These make great sandwiches for any meal not just breakfast.
This is a great idea for the whole family, my husband and son both love them. I did not include any topping's because everyone likes different one's so add whatever toppings you like and don't forget to add them to your nutrition tracker.
This recipe is high in sodium so you may want to substitute low sodium ingredients as much as you can.
I got this off of food network. Alton Browns Recipe. I used a 9x13 pan and altered the baking time and cut into 12 pieces. I also used margarine instead of butter and skim milk instead of whole.
