This recipe is from the P90X nutrition guide but altered slightly.
Great summer salad. I think it actually has closer to 287 calories/serving instead of what the SP Calculator determined.
An old recipe for chili with some subsitutions. This isn't too spicy for those who like milder foods.
This receipe was revised from one I found at kraftfoods.com. They used ground skinless chicken breast but I prefer turkey. I also prefer the Tostitos Gold Tortilla Chips - they don't get as soggy and add a crunch.
