Adapted from recipe for Asian Beef and Noodle Toss by First Place. This recipe is rather high in sodium, but you can reduce the sodium by adjusting the amount of seasoning packets used.

Turkey Burgers using Kraft Savory Four Cheese mix ins. Yummy. My Publix always packages their ground turkey in 1.32 pound packages, so I just use the whole thing rather than separating out the extra 1/3 pound.
Rotisserie chicken makes this dish quick and easy to prepare. Some may find the addition of salt necessary, but I left it out because it is healthier.
Two Ingredient Side Dish with Lots of Flavor!
Makes 8 servings
Not your average cabbage rolls. No tomato sauce - sauerkraut instead. Turkey instead of ground beef and sausage, so total fat is much lower.
