This Bolognese tastes very much like the traditional version. It has a lovely 'meaty' texture, just without the meat. Filling and very healthy.
This is great for people with a vegan and gluten-free diet, and is a dieters dream being very low in calories and fat. Better than heavy, high-cal nutrient-deficient pasta. Just add your own home-made or bottled pasta sauce for a healthy meal. You can also use this in place of noodles.
