This rice goes well with Smoked Paprika Garlic Chicken. I use homemade broth but you can use store bought. Use either turmeric OR saffron. Basmati rice is best but any long grain will do.
This ricotta creme tastes just like a peanut butter cup. Just use whatever sweetener you have and add vanilla or use vanilla sugar-free syrup. Whatever you have on hand will work, just keep tasting until you get it right.
This makes a HUGE dish, so just eat half today and half tomorrow. :-)

After searching for years for the best recipe for meatloaf that everyone in the family liked I found it. This is the one that your grandmother used to make. Great for Sandwiches too!

We love to make this filling pie in the summer as our tomatoes ripen. This year we made it first in early June, we were lucky!
This is a fantastic salad that I found in a book I read. It's named after the Canlis restaurant and was/is a favorite served there. It's become a family staple at my house and my kids beg me to make it. Must be the bacon.
Everyone asks me for the recipe.
